New Visa Acquisition Services
Visiting Visa / Business Visa (Single Entry & Multiple Entry) :
There are two types of Visiting Visas: the single-entry visa, which allows a stay of up to 180 days with extensions within Indonesia, and the multiple entry visa, which is valid for 1 or 2 years and allows multiple entries into Indonesia, with each stay up to 60 days. These visas are mainly used for purposes such as business meetings, conferences, branch audits, production quality control, inspections, and after-sales service.
Working Visa (Short-Term & Long-Term) :
Foreign nationals working in Indonesia or those required to perform tasks within factories need to obtain a Working Visa. Activities such as machinery repair and maintenance in factories are considered “work” and require a Working Visa. We support the acquisition of Short-Term Working Visas (2-6 months), Long-Term Working Visas (7-12 months), and post-entry stay permits (ITAS).
Dependent Visa:
For family members of expatriates holding an Indonesian stay permit (ITAS), we assist with obtaining Dependent Visas for entry and subsequent ITAS acquisition.
Other Visas:
We also handle procedures for Investor Visas, Retirement Visas, and Visas for Indonesians traveling to Japan, among others.

EPO/ERP Tidak Kembali Procedures
For those concluding their work in Indonesia, it is necessary to process the invalidation of their stay permits. We provide support for the Exit Permit Only (EPO) procedure before departure, or the cancellation procedure (ERP Tidak Kembali) after returning to your home country.
Labor Audit Support
