駐在員事務所は１～１２月で年度締め、費用報告を翌年３月までに行うことになりますが、会社（株式会社）の場合は設立定款で自由に会計年度を定めることが可能です。多くの企業は１～１２月、４～３月決算に集中していますが、１００社の内、数社は違う決算月の会社もあります。
